Morale as a supervisor is what I’m there to do and learning through Wren Learning has given me strategies to keep people motivated and inspired and go that extra mile and do a great job for us.

I just want to personally thank you and let you know how much of an impact you have had on my life. You are innovative, passionate, genuine and caring which came across throughout the course and gave the course and contents so much more meaning. The atmosphere you created was one of trust and security, enabling participants to ‘let down their guard’ in a comfortable and safe environment.  Take care and continue with the amazing work you do.

‘Modern’ is bandied about quite a bit but this is one of the few times we actually feel the impact of higher-level concepts communicated in a succinct and personal manner. There is an upbeat rhythm to every workshop, free from the typical rigid structure and run by a facilitator with an amazing wealth of knowledge and clear love for teaching.

Perhaps the greatest aspect of the courses is just how quickly and easily the information can be disseminated and implemented within the business. It is a testament to the level of accessibility and care that has been taken in developing each course. In many cases we implemented some of the workshop information into team meetings and have seen immediate and positive effects.

This was an excellent program that improved the leadership capacity and capability significantly across the organisation. Attendees found the program content was pitched at the right level and allowed them to integrate their new found knowledge into their roles immediately. It was instrumental in our leadership group developing a strategy to bring the organisational newly developed purpose, vison values to life in a practical sense across the entire organisation.

I would recommend Wren Learning for any type of organisation, big or small that has issues not only around performance management but any other training needs. Our facilitator in particular is very professional and very easygoing, a very good listener and is able to adapt programs to suit the organisational needs at the time.

I have been speaking to everyone who attended the course and they all say how great it was. Our facilitator was very engaging, thorough and covered everything with great detail.  Everyone was very happy with the course and are very keen to try new methods for resolving conflict and giving constructive feedback. Our staff recently received training in Emotional Intelligence.  The group felt that the content was engaging, and the trainer used a variety of mediums and resources which captured the group’s concentration.  They highly recommend that other staff within Council receive this training – it is very relevant to everybody’s professional and personal life.

We were able to walk away with some really good skills to pass on to our team leaders and shift managers, which has been really beneficial for everybody.

Our facilitator always comes with really good research and she really challenges the team members who are attending her training. She makes them think about why things are the way they are and how they can change and how they can do things differently to get the most benefit.

Wren Learning helped us develop a strategy for performance reviews and to give store managers the confidence to implement them.

After attending the training sessions we saw an immediate lift in morale and confidence of the store managers and just general enthusiasm. But what I think is really unique about Wren Learning is actually our facilitator herself. The way that she engaged with our staff and built their confidence was truly amazing. Her extensive knowledge of positive psychology and how to drive the team and keep them enthusiastic. We still see the outcomes of that today a couple of years on. What they learned with our facilitator wasn’t just for a couple of months it’s been ongoing.

Wren Learning was brought on board to change and develop the leadership team.

The leadership team are more engaged because they have more knowledge and they know how to handle situations confidently. They feel appreciated because we’ve invested this time effort and resources into ensuring they have what’s needed to be effective at their jobs.

Our facilitator makes it really fun. She’s an engaging person, very professional and loves what she does. She wants you to be the best version of yourself and for that to flow onto your team. The passion that comes with that is just unmatched so it’s a joy to work with our facilitator.

Wren Learning is flexible, adaptable, and nothing’s too much trouble. The lengths that they go to ensure the uniqueness of each training depending upon the group is always a good learning outcome for everybody. They make sure they understand the “Why” and tailor all the training and all the development and the learning to that why.
