I’m obsessed with helping organisations to balance wellbeing and performance – because I don’t believe you can have one without the other.
My ten years’ experience in senior leadership roles, leading people across diverse backgrounds, countries and cultures in high-pressure, creative environments, inform my work in developing leaders and teams today at Wren Learning.
I’ve realised over the past decade that at the heart of every healthy, thriving organisation is healthy relationships. This led me to research on ‘Attachment Theory’ – a theory that explains how we behave in relationships.
I’m delighted to share this research so that every organisation and every person in them have the highest possible wellbeing and performance through healthy, secure relationships.
We’ve devised a suite of programs that focus on how we relate to ourselves and our self-care, how leaders relate to team members, and how team members relate to each other and clients, in person and writing. I’ve also written a book and created a leadership program called ‘The Secure Leader’.

Even after all these years, I still get a buzz out of participants’ surprise that the workshops are fun and engaging. And I’m proud to work with the Wren Learning team of highly qualified, talented, experienced researchers, program designers, and educators.
Outside work I’m married with four boys aged 21 to 27. (Yes, I can pretty much handle anything, and I understand the off-side rule in soccer). Also love travelling, bike riding and long lunches with great friends.
