During the session, we share ways to juggle multiple work requests, set priorities, take on additional work tasks without reaching overload, find a balance between work and home, manage stress, and discover which time of day you’re most productive.
This is no ordinary time management workshop. We focus on giving participants practical skills and strategies to gain more clarity, calm, and control, and feel a sense of achievement at the end of each day without compromising well-being.
Objectives

- Explore strategies to increase your well-being, clarity of mind, and reduce stress
