I just want to personally thank you and let you know how much of an impact you have had on my life. You are innovative, passionate, genuine and caring which came across throughout the course and gave the course and contents so much more meaning. The atmosphere you created was one of trust and security, enabling participants to ‘let down their guard’ in a comfortable and safe environment. Take care and continue with the amazing work you do.

Morale as a supervisor is what I’m there to do and learning through Wren Learning has given me strategies to keep people motivated and inspired and go that extra mile and do a great job for us.

This was an excellent program that improved the leadership capacity and capability significantly across the organisation. Attendees found the program content was pitched at the right level and allowed them to integrate their new found knowledge into their roles immediately. Wren Learning helped us develop a strategy for performance reviews and to give store managers the confidence to implement them.

After attending the training sessions we saw an immediate lift in morale and confidence of the store managers and just general enthusiasm. But what I think is really unique about Wren Learning is actually our facilitator herself. The way that she engaged with our staff and built their confidence was truly amazing. Her extensive knowledge of positive psychology and how to drive the team and keep them enthusiastic. We still see the outcomes of that today a couple of years on. What they learned with our facilitator wasn’t just for a couple of months it’s been ongoing.
