This session helps leaders with strategies to improve relationships and communication, clarify work expectations, and provide team members with opportunities to learn and grow.
The concepts are backed by strong research but explained in a very practical way. It helped me understand why some leadership approaches work with certain team members but not others. That insight alone will change how I lead my team.

Wren Learning helped us develop a strategy for performance reviews and to give store managers the confidence to implement them.
After attending the training sessions we saw an immediate lift in morale and confidence of the store managers and just general enthusiasm.
